Davis Window and Door - Best replacement window and door partner

I truly cannot say enough how wonderful it was working with everyone at David Window and Door for my custom patio doors! I live in a 55 year-old 20-story condo building, and EVERTHING in it is custom. I researched and called every company, but Davis Window and Door was the ONLY company in all of metro Atlanta that could make and install my custom patio door! From my initial call to reception, to my salesperson, Marcy Anderson, to the men who came out and measured, and the ones who installed and so much more, I couldn't have been more pleased at how nice everyone is and the installers did everything to perfection! My old patio doors were heavy lead glass doors and were difficult to move. My new patio doors glide so easily, and one of the wonderful things is that you can't accidentally lock yourself outside, like I did on several occasions. The lock will not engage when the door is opened and there is also a push button at the bottom of the sliding door, so there is no need for a dowel or something else to be placed in the tracks to insure that no one can break in. All in all, I couldn't be more happier with my new patio doors and everyone whom I spoke to or met was beyond exceptional! I will definitely be referring anyone that I know to contact Davis Window and Door for all of their needs! Should you need a new patio door or window, Davis Window and Door should be your one and only call! I assure you that you won't be disappointed!

Great experience with Davis Window & Door! We purchased 3 exterior doors: ProVia exterior with sidelights and new Fypon crosshead and pilasters, Marvin patio slider and Marvin outswing french door. I did a lot of research on door materials, designs etc. before I contacted 3 vendors. All quoted similar products but not only was Davis the best price but they included items required for a finished job that the others left out or did not mention. During installation the technicians discovered some out-of-scope flooring issues that were repaired properly and for a very reasonable price. Our installation was turnkey....we didn't even need to touch up paint. Lori our salesperson was knowledgeable, thorough and spent lots of time with us making sure we understood our options and provided valuable guidance in our final selections. The installation technicians were courteous, friendly and did an excellent job. If you want high quality doors, installed properly with a great warranty, I highly recommend Davis Door & Window.

I am impressed with Davis Window & Door. My experience started with Marcy. I can not stress how wonderful of a rep she is, she is patient, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. If you visit the showroom, she is accompanied by staff just as nice and welcoming as her. No pressure at all. Picked out a patio door that fit my budget; but no matter the price, Marcy made me feel like it was the perfect door for me. Jonathan and Patrick were my installers. These guys are amazing! Treated my patio and accessible rooms as if it belonged to them. They were courteous, professional, and had all the right equipment. I've never had installers leave a site so clean. The installation's a work of art (inside and outside)!

Our house is 23 years old. In that time we've had Davis Window & Door replace our master bath, master bedroom, front door, dining room window, and spare bedroom windows. All at different times throughout the years residing in our house. They are our go to company for door and window replacement. Their quality is excellent. And their installation crews are experts at removing and installing windows and doors. There has never been any issues regarding the performance of the products that were installed. The only thing I wish they had was a punch card. Where after five window and door installations you get the sixth one free.

Davis Window and Door did an excellent job. They got the job done ahead of schedule. The price was reasonable and the installation crew got the job done quickly. They took the old doors away and cleaned up the mess. We love our new doors!
